Terms of Service
Haul is operated by 3eeez Digital, Ontario, Canada. Buying access means you agree to what is on this page. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What you are buying
A one-time payment for lifetime access to Haul on any device. There is no subscription, no renewal, and no monthly fee. “Lifetime” means for as long as we operate the product. If we ever have to shut Haul down, we will give account holders notice and time to export their data.
AI listing limits
- 25 text listings per day and 5 photo listings per day, at no extra cost. The two pools are separate.
- The daily count resets at midnight in your own timezone, not ours.
- Credit packs are optional and only matter once a daily pool is spent. One credit writes one text listing; a photo listing costs 2, because it runs on a more expensive model. Credits do not expire.
- These limits exist to cover the cost of the underlying AI models. If they ever change, existing buyers will not be moved to worse terms without notice.
About the AI output
Haul writes listing copy from what you type and, optionally, from a photo you attach. It is a drafting tool. Read what it produces before you post it: you are responsible for the accuracy of your own listings, including condition, measurements, authenticity, and anything a marketplace or a buyer relies on. We do not guarantee that generated copy is accurate, complete, or compliant with the rules of the platform you post it to.
Using Haul
- Your access is for you and your own reselling business.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access, and do not share your sign-in link around.
- Do not script, scrape, or otherwise automate the AI generator to pull volume beyond normal use.
- Do not use Haul to write listings for anything illegal, counterfeit, or stolen.
We can suspend access for a clear breach of these rules or for a fraudulent chargeback. We will tell you why.
Refunds and the right of withdrawal
If you are in the EU or UK you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and it ends the moment you first access Haul — you confirm that with a checkbox on your first sign-in, which is what makes immediate access possible. Outside that, email support@3eeezdigital.com and tell us what happened. Payment and refund mechanics are handled through Whop, where the purchase was made.
Availability
We aim to keep Haul running and your data intact, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. The app depends on services we do not control — hosting, the database, the AI provider, and the payment processor — and an outage at any of them can interrupt Haul. Export your CSVs periodically if your records matter to you, which they should.
Liability
Haul is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, 3eeez Digital is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, mispriced items, or other indirect losses arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and we will email account holders.
