Privacy Policy
Haul is an inventory and listing tool for resellers, operated by 3eeez Digital, a company based in Ontario, Canada. This page explains exactly what the app stores, who else touches it, and how to get it deleted. Questions go to support@3eeezdigital.com, where a person answers.
What we collect
- Your email address. It is your account. Sign-in is a one-time link sent to that address, so we never ask for or store a password.
- The business data you enter. Inventory items, buy and sell prices, buyers and your notes about them, expenses, message templates, and your settings.
- AI usage metadata. For each listing you generate we record which model ran, the tone, token counts, and how long the call took. We do not store the listing text or the item details that produced it.
- Operational logs. Errors (which may include your email address), payment webhook events from Whop, and a last-seen timestamp. These exist so we can tell whether the app is working.
Photos
When you generate a listing from a photo, that photo is resized in your browser and sent to Anthropic to write the copy. We do not save it. It is not stored in our database, it is not attached to the item, and it is not used to train anyone’s model. Once the listing comes back, the photo is gone.
Who else processes your data
- Supabase — database, authentication, and the sign-in emails.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Anthropic — generates listing copy from the item details, and the photo when you attach one.
- Whop — processes your purchase. Whop handles the payment itself; we never see your card details. We receive your email address and an order reference so we can grant access.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, we do not run advertising or third-party tracking scripts, and we do not use your inventory or your numbers for any purpose other than showing them back to you inside the app.
Cookies
Only what sign-in requires. A session cookie keeps you logged in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Getting your data out, or deleted
You can export your inventory, income, and expenses as CSV from inside the app at any time, without asking us. To have your account erased, email support@3eeezdigital.com from your account address. Deletion removes your sign-in account and every row of your data — inventory, buyers, expenses, settings, and generation history. It cannot be undone, and we would rather you exported your CSVs first.
If you are in a region with a statutory right of access, correction, portability, or erasure, the same address is how you exercise it.
Retention
Your data stays until you ask us to delete it. Haul is a one-time purchase with no renewal date, so nothing expires on its own.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who we send it to, the date at the top changes and we will email account holders.
